Pork and Butternut Squash Chili

Instructions

  1. Sweat the onions and brown the pork in a soup pot. Add the squash, broth, liquid smoke, and the herbs and cook until the squash is tender.
  2. Add the black beans and corn and continue cooking until the corn is just tender. Season to taste.
  3. Plate and serve with sour cream and grated cheese.
